[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund not proper

The flight got cancelled from the air line indigo and the ticket was taken through goibibo. When refund came goibibo deducted half of the money. When we called them they were telling that we cancelled the ticket. We told them we click the option 'flight got cancelled'. Then they told that they will call back immediately. But dint happen. What shall i do next? How will get the remaining money? My pnr is segiwp
