[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund not received in my account bank of maharashtra

Address:North Goa, Goa, 403401

I was booking ticket from Goa to Dubai Oman Air lines on 15th December 2019 but the transaction was failed and I got messaged showing refund is initiated on 22nd I got message showing refund is successfully transferred but it didn't come to my account so I contacted customer care on app and told them I have not received in my account till date it's not showing in my account.
Can anybody help me
