Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund of flight booking | |
I sneha chaudhary was required to travel from delhi to almaty, kazakhstan on 31 aug 19. I booked my flight from delhi to almaty in flight number ai6521 through goibibo website on 15 mar 19 vide booking id tua6jmphi and ticket number[protected]. I missed my flight ai 6521. I tried various means to cancel my ticket prior to departure of the flight, but i could not contact goibibo customer care. Goibibo application downloaded tells that there is no records found.. Neither i got any refund and it has costed me very high price to book another ticket on next day. Pls consider my request and refund some amount Regards Was this information helpful? | |
