Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund of money from goibibo

I had booked air ticket through goibobo travels for mumbai-chennai sector for 7th may 2020, by vistara airways. Unfortunately, as you are aware the flight got cancelled due to covid-19.
I had requested vistara airways for full refund money of rs.4580/- and with great difficulty they had agreed for the full refund. A copy of the mail message to this effect from vistara airways is appended below. Subsequently i received refund advice from goibobo intimating full refund of rs, 4580/-, a copy of the refund advice is also appended below for your perusal.
However i am surprised to receive refund of rs.1923/- only instead f rs.4580/-. I am at a loss to understand as to why a huge amount of rs.2657/- has been deducted, when no service has been rendered to me. Morever vistara airways have refunded the full money of rs.4580/- to gobibo; but goibibo have refunded me only rs.1923/-.
I am a senior citizen and i have no other source of income. I would therefore request you to instruct goibibo to refund me the balance amount of rs.2657/- immediately.

We wish to explain to you that the ticket has been issued through a travel agent as per their agreed terms and conditions, therefore any refund request in the ticket can be processed through them only.
We request you keep in touch with your travel agent to claim your refund, we have shared the details with our concerned team to notify your travel agnet.
We hope that we are able to answer the concern.
