[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund of non-materialised payment to big basket from my airtel wallet | |||||
I had tried online payment to big basket against my order no. Mvdvo[protected] from my airtel wallet on 03.12.2017. An amount of rs. 4648/- was debited from my airtel account as reflected in transaction history id[protected], which also mentions "payment made at ibibo web". However, at the time of delivery of items ordered by me to big basket, the next day, i. E. 04.12.2017, i was made to pay cash as my online payment had not materialized. The amount is not refunded back to my airtel account nor is it showing as balance in my big basket account. I request you to please arrange the return of amount which was not put to use after getting deducted from my account, immediately, as it's already a month since the transaction take place.. Thanks S. It has been captured or processed through PayU which used to be a part of IBIBO Group, but now is a totally different entity.
