[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund of ticket

"your refund request of rs 1430.00 against proposal no: [protected] received from ibibo group private limited has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days."

I received this message from the company and have still not received the refund. The ticket was dated 24th dec 2108. Get me the details and the customer care section isn't responding. Please get things in place.
