Respected sir, i booked an international hotel from goibibo. I can cancel my booking without any charges before 06.06.2020 as per the booking policy. This payment should be credited to my bank account as per the booking policy instructions.
In this regarding, i contacted many times to goibibo customer care no [protected]. But gobibo says, your payment will not be credited to your bank account. They want to put my money into goibibo's credit shell.
I don't want any kind of credit shell. I want to take my full payment in my bank account (Mode of payment)
This is because under the goibobo and hotel policy at the time of booking, all bookings will be refunded to the customer's bank account after the booking has been cancelled before the respective date.
I much need this money now. Later, these rupee (Credit shells) will not be use to me.
