Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund related issues | |
After communication and request, i was issued complete refund from indigo for my 2 flights canceled due to covid lockdown booked via goibibo. Indigo has clearly mentioned that they have issued my complete refund into the goibibo company account (I have sms, email, ref. Number proof sent from indigo). Unfortunately, goibibo has not issued my due refund in my account. Moreover, they have blocked all their customer care numbers and customer care emails due to which i am unable to contact goibibo customer care. I want goibibo to refund my due amount to my bank account and also to call me or email me regarding my issue and respond to my emails. Was this information helpful? | |

there is no communication from goibibo side till now. they do not have a direct complaint email id or any helpline number. only available is robotic chat which do not have the option my issue related with. kindly request them to email me or call me
