[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — regarding cancelled ticket amount is not refunded

I requested goibibo representative to refund my cancled ticket amount and i was informed that it will be done in 8-10 days. After i raised couple of times the same request for the same till now refund has not been done. I'm just getting default mails but no resolution
