Ibibo Group / Goibibo — regarding full refund | |||
Hi sir/madam, I have cancelled the flight tickets with goibibo on around 19 th march and the flight was cancelled with full refund, as they agreed due to issues of coronavirus going on. After waiting for some time i again called upon goibibo and they told me that they have processed the full refund and again waiting for several days when there was no action, i called upon the airline and they told me that everything will be done from the agent side. (I have the mail chain, if you want that i can provide that.) Since then there is no action from goibibo side and its a huge amount of around 74000 including rescheduling charges. They are Not picking up the phone and this time they have no email id to contact for. Please contact them so that i can recieve my money asap.
