[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — regarding hotel booking | |
I booked a hotel on goibibo. My goibibo hotel booking id is htlyu5satv. I booked a room for 3 adults and on contacting with the hotel front desk i came to know the following shocking truths : 1. Only 1 double bed is provided whereas we were promised of an extra bed along with a double bed. 2. We paid 23387 and the hotel staff confirmed that they received a payment of 21660.
