Ibibo Group / Goibibo — regarding refund of rs 9865 | |||
I am regularly booking hotels through GOIBIBO. this time i booked a hotel for Rs 9865/- and requested them to cancel hotel or change booking dates . it was a non refundable booking of Star Home stay resort at Kutch . earlier also several time on my request GOIBIBO cancelled booking / changed dates or refunded the full amount. this time GOIBIBO agreed to refund the amount but later after 30 minutes they denied to refund the amount. kindly help me to get my refund from GOIBIBO . i am attaching communication in which they suppose to refund the amount later denied.
