[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — regarding the flight booking from hyd to maa | |||
On 18th on june i was trying book flight in goibibo from hyd to maa for 22 june, i selected the flight and i paid money through the upi (Tez). My amount got deducted for which i ave proof but i did not receive any ticket info. I waited for 1 hour as suggested by goibibo but after that i tried contacting their support team on the very same day 18th june. They log one request for my issue for which the number is [re:[#2368950]] Some support person mailed me saying they regret for the inconvenience and he gave me 2 choices either to book ticket with the same amount which they have received or to get the refund back. He mailed/messaged me all this by 19 june morning 6 am. I was not awake that time so as soon as i woke up around 7:30 am i replied to their chat saying to book my ticket. 19 june the entire day i followed them but there was no response, finally i had to book another ticket as it was urgent for me, then i sent a mail to the team asking for refund and still there was no response. All their support numbers are automated voice system hence i am unable to get any update on my issue. Kindly help me to refund my money and bare the charges for the inconvenience.
