[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — related to air ticket refund | |||||
I have booked ticket on 26th May 2018 from Santorini to Athens for 3rd June but before journey on 31st May I have received a message from Goibibo that there is no ticket available in this flight kindly click on the link so i followed the same and got the same message that there is no seat available in this flight since i was in other country so i have booked other ticket thru Goibibo because did not wanted to take any risk and i spoke to customer care executive regarding refund amount so he said we will get back to you 24 to 48 hrs. but no response regarding refund, since daily i am trying to get some reply from Goibibo daily i am getting same reply that i have to wait 24 to 48 hrs team is working on it but no response and its been 13 days now but no reply. Goibibo has sent me message that no seat available now not refunding my amount and I have already shared all the screen shots of all the messages what I have received from them i make call to customer care getting same reply that ma'am i am going to forward this to my supervisor you will get call within 24 hours but till yet i have not got any email or call regarding this, so complaining here and hoping for positive response and attaching the screenshots as well. On the other side, we can see a PDF e-ticket where there is a confirmed 13 digit ticket number that is only generated after the booking confirmation. I have shared the screenshots on your email id right after call. and here as well you can see i have attached both the screenshot not only the screenshot of the first message that i have received but also the message I have got after clicking on the link - " Seat is not available in this flight" sharing with you again.
