[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — rescheduling the flight | |
We have paid the rescheduling charges to goibibo inr 17296.00 on 10/5/2018 at 1.30 am. If your portal was not working why amit sharma had asked us to pay. He has informed this at 9.27 am. Worst part is now your team is not taking responsibility of rescheduling & convincing us to get it via airlines at heavy prices inr 39000 & Threatening about increasing charges at every minute. They are not giving solution but blackmailing us. Its not our fault. Please get it done in same charges i. E. 17296/- Was this information helpful? | |
