[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — security and cheating for money | |
My family was visiting india i booked cab (Carpwf6mpicwojh) from mumbai international airport to nasik by 25th nov 2018 @22:00. I received vehicle and driver information when i contacted him mr. Dixit he said he is busy but he arranged his driver for pick-up naeem pathan but surprisingly naeem pathan arrange another guy for pick-up!!! Driver changed vehicle changed this is serious issue. This driver was driving very slow like 50-60kms/hr. Not even 80kms. Result he reached late at destination then in mid night he started argument for extra money for delay. This is very unsafe practice i will never use goibibo next time. Was this information helpful? | |
