[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — they don't share right information and misguide people | |||||
Dear sir i booked a flight for kathmandu from goibibo. Because u never intimated that for child passport or her school i'd with photo is needed airport authorities never allowed us to board. This is such a rubbish childish behavior of goibibo people where they casually tell there customer to have a i'd of you child. They are never specific because of which i got a loss of rs 20000/-. I will request everyone to kindly uninstall goibibo and please book tickets from direct companies they tell u real scenario So that u don't get embarrassed and harrased. I booked a ticket reference id is GOFLID121E[protected] . it is showing that booking is in progress but yet i am not gettting any message from goibibo neither message in [protected] nor email in [protected]@gmail.com.money is deducted from my accout.
