[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — train ticket refund not got

I booked a train ticket on 14/2/2019 and the payment was successful and deducted from my bank account but the transaction failed and amount dedcted. When i asked goibibo support they said it will be credited to my account in 5 days. On 17/2/2019. They refunded the amount as gocash. Why should i take the refund as gocash where i will be bound to use it for tickets and hotels only. It is my money and i want it in my bank account not anywhere else.
The booking id is trnif9h0360qjk and my mobile no is [protected].
Please do something sir as i am not getting my money from them and their all contact numers are fake and invalid. Please help me to get my money in my account.
