This is in regards to booking ID: HTLMLTUTLB

As discussed over the call, you were denied check-in by the hotel and you had to pay an amount INR 3000 for one day stay to the "Hotel Ankit Palace" an additional amount of INR 10500 to the alternate property booked by you for the stay for rest of the days.

Please be advised that we have tried to contact you multiple times on your contact number, [protected] and [protected], however, the number was switched off or not reachable.

We have only observed that one time the call was picked by you, however, there was no response from the other side, hence we had offered you an upgraded hotel property and option was shared on email.

Basis your request, we understand that you are looking for the refund of alternate property booked by you, hence we would request you to share your booking voucher for an alternate hotel along with booking invoice so that we may get this checked.
