[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — unauthorised transaction

An unauthorised payment of ₹12, 834/- was made this morning i. E 25th june '2018 using my debit card. I tried contacting the concerned website but none of the contact no's are working. I managed to write to them explaining the situation and to cancel the transaction as it was unauthorised. I also requested them to share the details of in whose name the transaction was done.

4) Transaction/ PayU ID

Also, please provide the updated Bank Statement copy from date of Transaction till today, for our reference.

2) Date of transaction - 25/06/2018
3) Amount of transaction - ₹12, 834/-
4) Transaction/ PayU ID - I just have the Seq no 557381 as received on my registered mobile
5) Customer’s name - Sunup Longkumer ( Dunno which name was used for this transaction)
6) Email address - [protected]@yahoo.co.in ( Dunno which email id was used for this transaction)
7) Contact number - [protected]
