After a very long persuasion I was givwn refund for airlines canceling air service during Covid in March-April 2020. The refund for two travel bookings was given in two separate instalments. However to my shock the go cash wallet has only rs 512 balance whereas I was refunded rs 2950. On checking I found out that the deducted amount of Rs 2348 (which actually was my 1st refund amount for airlines cancelation of ticket) has been adjusted with my second refund stating that I had used the credit shellof Rs 2348 for purchasing a ticket onFeb 8, 2020. Goibibo has cheated me with the refund of two seperate travel tickets purchased dueing COVID and which was cancelled by airlines. I am teying to reach them for the past I week via mail as tgeir customer service telephone is not operational. Theyare not responding to clarify my refund status. Was this information helpful? | |||
