Ibibo web pvt ltd has wrongly debited my account for ₹791.3 on 31.10.2017. I never transacted with the company and hence shocked to see this fake debit. I got the message as: The transaction on your indusind bank credit card ending xxx5 for inr 791.3 on 31/10/17 12:07 at ibibo web private is approved.. Verified Support Nov 06, 2017 Ibibo Group / Goibibo Customer Care's response Dear Paul, Greetings from goibibo. Please be informed that we have tried calling you on your number [protected] but the call went unanswered. The call was made to inform you that if goibibo have deducted the amount, it should have shown as GOIBIBO in the debit transaction on your bank statement. As it is mentioned as ibibo in your bank statement we request you to kindly liaise with your bank for more detail. If you have any further queries, please feel free to write us.
