[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — very bad customer support and my cancellation refund is not processed from 1 month | |||
Hello sir/madam, I booked a bus in goibibo from bangalore to kozhikode on sep/03/17, i booked the ticket because i had pic up from hebbal I. E: (Van pickup) kallada travels, near hebbal crime station But one of there executive from kallada travel called me around 1pm on sept 3 and told they cant arrange me shuttle due to onam for pic up and told to come directly to there office, but there office pic up is very far from my home location. So i called goibibo customer care and i told them about the issue, there customer executive contacted the travellers and asked about the boarding point but travellers dint agree, then customer executive told they will cancel my ticket from there side and process my refund, after they told that i booked a new ticket and went to kozhikode from bangalore. Now i see from many days my refund is not processed, so i called customer care again, they started telling my ticket is not cancelled because the traveller agent told that they will pay my taxi charges and come in taxi to there location, but no one informed me about that, so i had to book extra ticket and go, so i gave complain again i spoke to manager of customer care, he promised me he will resolve the issue and call back me in 1 day, but its been 1 week non of goibibo customer care ppl contacted me nor got my refund of 600rs.
