On 5th August 2019 I made a payment on https://www.airtel.in/postpaid-bill-pay How ever the amount went to GoIbibo group private limited, without any hint. Later i found the amount didnt get credited to my Airtel account. But the transaction details appears in my bank account statement. later I found two smss which says at 5.45 pm RS 697.5 transfered from X5402 to IBIBO Group Ref# IGAGSXDOO5 at 6.03 another sms says RS 630 transferred X5402 to IBIBO Group Ref#IGAGSXFTU8 The amount neither refunded nor credited. to airtel. We have booked the flight ticket for Rs. 1, 43, 954/- on 13/08/19 at 5.30pm. The amount has been deducted from my account. GOIBIBO has cancelled the ticket immediately at 5.35pm due to non seat availability and didn't refund the amount and they are not ready to re-book the flight. We called the customer care and they are not responding properly.
