[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — wrong email id on my account | |||||
Im getting otp on my phone no. Throught goibibo but im not login to it, some other personn is doing so. When i logged in today to my account a an other email id was there and that email is [protected]@dummymobemail.com its not mine email. Goibibo is not helping me to update my own email id. Its a fraud im getting worried of my account. Please help me to update my account. Was this information helpful? | |||||

You charged a sum of around rupees 2352 towards the booking. My bank account was debited for that amount. But you have refunded only Rs 1561. May I know why. If you are going to loot your customers like this it's very bad.
Please refund additional 800 rupees around immediately.
