[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — wrong information shared | |||
I had booked multiple tickets from goibibo and also paid extra charges in comparison to other websites (As i found it to be genuine). I had booked hotel in krabi (Ibis styles - booking id htlzftg3ej) as it showed early checkin at 12.00 noon (I paid extra money than other hotels here), but when i arrived i was made to wait for 5 hours and then was given checkin. My entire krabi trip went wasted. I will never book from goibibo again and also will inform my friends and colleagues not to do so in future. Was this information helpful? | |||
