[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — wrong photos of the room of taj inn agra | |
I had booked two room of 5103 & 7501 on 25th dec 208 in agra. When we checked into the rooms at 8pm, we found the rooms so dirty and smelly. The linen was soiled and when asked to change, we were told that their customers eat on it hence it’s like tht and won’t chnge. After a lot of struggle they showed us another room but only one which was again not tht great. Ultimately we had to search for another hotel and move out. We spent double just bcoz these ppl showed gud clean rooms and not the reality. I demand refund of at least one room for this inconvenience caused. I was traveling without my husband and with kids. We felt so scared in a city like agra without knowing anyone. Was this information helpful? | |
