(1) i have booked ticket for 3 passengers from indore to pune and pune indore.
The journey date from indore is 8th november and return journey is on 18th november
(2) i received your confirmation message message. And remain stunned that all booking are made wrongly.
(3) i never intended to go hyderabad and route through.
(4) rs. 24192 were paid by me towards booking and the same were deducted through my credit card.
(5) now you have mentioned that an amount of rs. 24890 is paid, i feel something went wrong in your communication and may be technical fault at your end.
My complaint is already pending with you and service id is 16516550
Kindly solve my problem immediately and send me the tickets as under-

I have booked as above and never booked tickets as mentioned by you,
Kindly note that if my problem is not resolved within 24 hours, you will be liable for all my financial loss and i will have no option to knock the door of justice.
