[Resolved] Ibibo Pvt Ltd — lost my money | |||
I was trying to purchase two earrings from a site called silberuh.com. The first payment failed and then i tried to do the online payment the second time, i logged into my union bank account and payed for the two items. But i didn't receive any confirmation from silberuh after the payment, so i had a doubt and messaged silberuh and they said they didn't receive the money but the amount was deducted from. My bank account. I just received two messages saying transaction to ibibo pvt ltd is complete. I lost rs.1467. I want my money back. Please refund.
