[Resolved] Ibibo Pvt Ltd — lost my money

I was trying to purchase two earrings from a site called silberuh.com. The first payment failed and then i tried to do the online payment the second time, i logged into my union bank account and payed for the two items.
But i didn't receive any confirmation from silberuh after the payment, so i had a doubt and messaged silberuh and they said they didn't receive the money but the amount was deducted from. My bank account. I just received two messages saying transaction to ibibo pvt ltd is complete. I lost rs.1467. I want my money back. Please refund.

We completely understand your concern. As we have checked the payment which was used if of payu which earlier used to be the part of Goibibo. However, payu is the separate company.
