Dear sir, Myself, Umakant had booked a ticket of Spicejet flight of 23.11.2014. The booking was from Hyderabad to Lucknow. The booking ID was NSGR8T7PW and it was booked Through IBIBO LTD. The flight got cancelled by your company due to some technical issues. Sir, despite my several communications to the your company and IBIBO Ltd., I have not received the Refund amount till date.
