IBM India — No way to get status of ongoing loan

Axis Bank does not reveal loan status on the basis of customer application number nor on the basis of registered mobile number. They don't have any of the web links working for the customer who is not holding account in AXIS bank. But when it comes to new application to Loans everything is working. They don't have customer service number revealed. There is no way to get the status of ongoing loan. This is just indicative of Bank's pathetic mentality.
