Ibm India Pvt Ltd — service end date not updated in uan portal

Myself sujit kumar worked in ibm in the year, 2016 and left the organization about a year back now.
Still ibm didn't updated the service end date in uan portal.

Now i am facing issues while try to transfer my existing pf account from ibm to current organization.

Employment details as follows,

Employee id - in00409r
Service period - 28th march, 2016 to 22nd august, 2016
