Hi team,

I am from lankapalli village, lankapalli village anganwadi is placed (Anganwadi teacher name: gogulamudi vijaya) in unguturu mandal, krishna district, andhra pradesh, 521312 (Gannavaram constitution)... Her name is vijaya gogulamudi and her phone number :

My wife is present pregnant, and we have required membership card too. But when we met vijaya couple of times for the things which is giving by government, i didn't receive those all and also didn't receive proper response as well.

Important : we never take any rice/milk/eggs.. I am trying to write a complaint on her in your website. But, i didn't found any complaint box.

I am requesting you to come and visit, and do the survey. Please call them who were having card, they were actually receiving things or not also.
