Mentioned above is my previous Enrollment number for a MBA program in 2004 with ICFAI, as i wanted to reinitiate a fresh admission i was given a sanction of reduction of Rs.31, 000/- towards my new program. On the 20th of Feb i had visited their Vashi branch and enrolled myself for a Sectoral MBA program in Telecom & had swiped my debit card for a amount of Rs. 32, 000/-, the same evening due to amount difference between a MBA program and a Sectoral program the vashi branch Rohit Sharma said that they have declined the payment and I will need to coordinate with SSD again to have clearance on the total amount to be paid as sectoral MBA was costing higher. The declined amount of Rs. 32, 000/- was credited back to my account after almost 10 days, in the mean time post coordinating with the SSD team I had received a revised amount of Rs. 34, 000/- which i had to pay towards my sectoral program, I again visited your Vashi Branch and as the swip machine was faulty made a DD payment of Rs. 34, 000/- towards towards the program - FYI I have still not received my fresh enrollment number On 16th March again a amount of Rs. 32, 000/- was debited from my account, this was the same amount which i had swiped on 20th Feb, when checked with my bank was informed that the beneficiary has reclaimed the payment hence same has been deducted from my account, its been 7 days but haven't received any favorable reply from your vashi branch team.
