ICICI Bank — 1900 deducted from bank account but fastag recharge failed | |
Hi, I have done a icici fasttag recharge of 1900 rs using Razorpay payment gateway. My money got deducted and got success message from Razorpay. But in icici fasttag portal it is saying payment failed and recharge not done. I called customer care multiple times. They said money will be refunded back to my bank account within 24 hours. But still it did not refunded. This is very unprofessional service. Basically it blocked my hard earned money for absolutely no service. Please help me to get my money back ASAP. So that I can recharge it further and hopefully next time same issue will not repeat. My customer ID is 11429644. My registered mob no is [protected]. Razorpay payment reference no is: VO[protected]. Hi I am customer of ICICI Bank.today 600 rupees deducted on ecsrtnchg and I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg...
