I am an account holder of icici bank. Without permission convert from salary account to savings account and apply smab charges till up to date. Kindly stop smab charges and refund money. Updated by Kousallya Pandit I live in rural location, we maintain Minimum monthly average balance in Nov & Dec-2018. ICICI Bank Complaint Status Update [ID: 2169520].( Minimum monthly average balance Metro and Urban locations - Rs.10, 000, Semi-urban locations - Rs.5, 000, Rural locations - Rs.2, 000 ).
