[Resolved] ICICI Bank — account statement required, but bank is not providing. | |||
Dear sir, I am writing this complaint as neither nearest bank branch nor customer care executives are helping me. They have made me a pendulum and i am swinging in-between them. I need my old account statements of fy 2009 and 2010 but not getting any response or resolutions from both of them. My account is freezed as i have not used this account since last year and both branch and customer care are putting things on each other. I have been visiting nearest branch since last 20days even after showing my valid documents they are unable to help me. I need account statement on very urgent basis if not provided within 48hrs, i will lodge complaint in banking ombudsman.
