Today i got mail and sms from icici bank that 'a purchase of inr 945.17 has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account xx580 on 2l Info: vsi*amazon prim.' and the fact is online transaction on my debit card is blocked then how did it happen i didn't give my debit card number on amazon i didn't even have done any transaction online since last year then how it happened now i want my refund I tried to contact icici bank customer care but they didn't even receive my call. I send them a mail but no response
