[Resolved] ICICI Bank — amount debited from saving bank account | |||
Amount was debited on 17th aug rs.29889.9 (7472.47 and 22417.43) and the Incident was reported at the same time with the sr no. Sr[protected] to bank to stop the transaction and police But case was closed just by saying that it is in favour of merchant as it is done by 3d secure transaction. Again i asked bank to investigate on it and then new sr no. Raised with sr[protected] but it is again closed by saying that it is not under their authority and i need to report to cyber cell. I have pay my credit card bill as on 7th Aug-18, but still 10th Aug'18, not open my credit limit, and I have already discussed your customer for this case regarding but, not proper response from you hand.
