[Resolved] ICICI Bank — amount debited @ [protected]@icici but not yet done the insurance premium

I paid my bike insurance premium on 16th Aug 2018 through UPI. Although the amount of rs 1108.10 was deducted from my bank account, but the insurance premium has not been done neither the amount was refunded.
so kindly refund my money as soon as possible My Transaction details are mentioned bellow
