Hello, Myself mohammad reyaz ansari.. I had used pnb bank atm to with withdraw money amount of 2000 on 10 march 2019 at 7 pm (Approximate) in byculla west. But i did not got cash but amount is deducted from my account. The atm was showing error as time out. I had paid 1474 to vishalmagamart .this amount was debated from my account but they are refused that the can not received.
I had made a call to Customer care .they also confirmed that the payment succesful to Marchant account. But Marchant refused to accept the payment.
