[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Amount deducted but transaction failed

While booking train tickets via IRCTC, my transaction failed and the ticket wasn't booked, but the money was deducted from my account.

Kindly reimburse me. I have been trying to call all available customer service numbers, but I have only received recorded messages and haven't been able to talk to a single customer care personnel. It's extremely frustrating when you try 10 different numbers yet not a single person responds. Please get back to me ASAP.

At the time of opening demat 0 charges as they told me and I am investing in SIP they started charging in every sip ok but know this month again they have charged 805 rupee I am not making that much profit they are fakely charging after 1 year
