ICICI Bank — amount deducted from bank account but recharge not done | |
On 2nd january 2018, i recharged my jio number with rs459 on my jio app via upi payment system to address [protected]@icici. My transaction id is ici915a3258f8c447b69b2a1341ea3c9537 Transaction was successful but still it is not updated on my jio account. Yesterday i chat with a jio representative. He told me there was no recharge from my side. Also i have contacted with phonepe customer care, they told that they have confirmation msg from receiving bank. So there might be something stuck between these two & i think that to be [protected]@icici Please check this issue. I want refund as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |
