[Resolved] ICICI Bank — amount got debited but the merchant says its unsuccessful | |||
Hello i have done a online transaction on amazon.in for a mobile purchase which debited the account balance as per a message but amazon.in said the transaction was failed. Can you please make sure the payment was done or not? If not then why its deducted and if its done kindly update asap so that i can connect with amazon.in to close the same. Once while making an online transaction, I entered wrong OTP multiple times. As a result "Verified by Visa" is blocked for me. I called many customer care numbers but my problem is still unsolved. Please help me unblock my "Verified by Visa".
