[Resolved] ICICI Bank — amount has debited from the account. | |||
Sir, i make a payment to nios through icici payment gateway rs. 6010 on 22.06.2018 and again rs. 6010 on 22.06.2018. But the transaction was failed due to network error. Both of times amount deducted from my account but the the amount was not credited on nios. On last date i successfully make this payments again to confirm admission. Till bow i did not get the refund of my previous transactions (2 times). I made this payments through sbi internet banking and i contact to sbi for this issue and they says "as confirmed with merchant, transaction igadufrek6 & igadufsbn9 has been successful and settled. For more details kindly contact your merchant." My two failed transaction id are: Transaction id 1: [protected]igadufrek6 Transaction id 2: [protected]igadufsbn9 Both are failed please look into this matter and give reply as soon as possible.
