[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — amount lene or blocked 16k from my saving account

Dear team,

On October 3 2018 night i was credited with the amount of rupees 16000
to my savings account of ICICI. The very next day that is 4th October 2018
i received a call from the person who said there was a wrong credit of 16000 transferred wrongly to my acc and he ask me to transfer back. But when i checked my account it was there, then i asked i didn't receive call any of this regarding from the bank and he said that he is the one sent that wrongly.

Then after checking all the transaction details i transferred the amount of 16k to his account. But the guy whom i transferred forgot to tell me there has been complaint raised and that has to be released. Then on october 8 2018 i was debited with 9500 which i kept for my home loan. Then i thought it was credited for home loan and on october 10 2018, while i transferred some money to icici account to pay my credit card bill they debited 5900. After that while asking customare care, They are saying we have blocked 16000 against the lene marked for the wrong fund transfer. I told it was transferred to the same person and they are saying that i have to send via there channels.

I asked why i was not intimated by call, message or through mail from the bank side about this complaint before they block this much huge from their customer and they are simply saying if they intimating some one the person will loot the money from the atm and ran away. I don't know how they are answering so stupid. In that case who ever living in this country and maintaining account is a fraud???????????

I do understand that i have to pay the customer via bank channel and i did a mistake. But how can a person knows all this thinks when it happens for ya first time and didn't get any intimation from the bank. I was really pathetic and i was so disappointed for being as a customer with icici for more than 5 years and trusting them and they are so loyal for the person who raised the complaint and not for the real loyal customer.

Still my 16000 rupees is still under lene/blocked by ICICI bank and i do understand i should be transferred after discussing with the ICICI customare care .But i need a proper answer why i was not informed about the lene from my account through any of the channel.

So team kindly take necessary action and resolve my problem.
