[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Amount reversal

I have used my debit card to withdraw money from icici atm located in my office campus... There was no money in the machine and amount got deducted from my account ; contacted icici customer care they are asking me to wait for 24 hrs to do a reversal... Isn't it the mistake of bank? Or some kind of cheap cheating tactics.. Is this the way they treat the corporate customer??

sr[protected] is the complaint id i have registered icici and i have gone to https://www.icicibank.com/complaints/complaints.page and registered complaint with all the options listed not even a acknowledgement received !!! forget the resolution ...

there were no notice board kept saying " No CASH" i can see this machine kept without case for days together !! is this some sort of day light robbery ?? what is the procedure to sue them? can some one guide ?

1.Why is it takes 24 hrs for you to revise the money since you very well aware it's a bank end issue not a customer issue?

2.What is the assurance that it'll not happen again?? Still there is no No cash board or Software msg r getting displayed in the particular ATM!!!

Can see a ATM NOT WORKING board now!!! So the bank is completely aware of the problem all these time!!!

I have already forwarded all the transaction details to RBI and have received acknowledgement as well, Lets see how for it goes
