[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Amount reversal | |||||
I have used my debit card to withdraw money from icici atm located in my office campus... There was no money in the machine and amount got deducted from my account ; contacted icici customer care they are asking me to wait for 24 hrs to do a reversal... Isn't it the mistake of bank? Or some kind of cheap cheating tactics.. Is this the way they treat the corporate customer?? Was this information helpful? | |||||

2.What is the assurance that it'll not happen again?? Still there is no No cash board or Software msg r getting displayed in the particular ATM!!!
