ICICI Bank — Deactivate One assist policy | |||||
I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap My a/c number:[protected] One assist id number: SR[protected] Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. Yesterday itself, I received a text that a sum of Rs. 1899/- has been deducted from my account to one assist plan. And it has been done so without my consent or permission. Seriously, I don't need any such plan. I am really really seeking ways to deactivate it nd refund my money. I did share my concern with your representative. But nothing has been done yet. Please deactivate this one assist plan and refund my money ASAP.

I called customer care and asked for deactivation and refund the money, as the reply "We will deactivate and refund the money "from executive .But still the service is active and no money was refunded .Very Very Bad resolution
