[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — amt of 1380/- deducted for irrelevant services

Dear Authority,

This is to reference of above mentioned subject that I have been cheated by ICICI bank, without my consent and acknowledgement 'My Money' account was activated with annual subscription amount of 345/- on pretext of free subscription they might have slapped it for one year but i haven't gave them authority to deduct if someone hell after one year they might remember for irrelevant facilities. since 2014 they are duping wrongful charges from my account and also you have fooled many from My Money source, i have searched many complaints regarding the same from consumers throughout India.

Its very shameful from thier part being a giant top 3 they loot money in this way. I have deactivated the service on immediate effect.

I haven't bothered to look account statement all these years. so that doesn't mean they loot my hard earn money in this way. i need refund for rs 1380/-

Even after complaining to senior level I get stupid extensions every time first they told me on 25th of Jan now again I received email from Shailaja Marri stating extension of 3rd Feb.
I very much know these tactics for harresment. While deducting they didn’t ask once and on same spontaneous second they deduct our money.. while reversing it back they need 10 days.
Isn’t ICICI running circus to make fool around?
They don’t even follow simple TAT procedure to give quality service. This bank shouldn’t be termed as top 3 giants..
I shld transfer all my money n credit card to HDFC

Even after much complaints only one year subscription reversal had been done...
what about others?? I have been notified we can do only for one year..
If I haven’t use ur services than how can you charge me?
Even after repeated complaints on to this forum I’m not getting proper revert n reply in this portal...
they are taking this forum also lightly.
