[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Asking about ATM PIN in IVR banking and no response from respective branch | |
I had to register a complaint about unnecessary deductions, I had went to my branch (Civil Lines, Prayagraj (Allahabad)) which is completely useless. They just told me to complaint through IVR, they cannot do anything about it. So what is the point of even opening a branch, then I have tried to register my complaint through IVR, and then they ask either for my ATM PIN or OTM authorization. How is it safe to share those details whether it is AI or actual human, even it is forbidden by RBI. Even RBI is authorizing for it don't know why. Then they'll say drop a mail to us, They have also given a number to report unauthorized transaction, there we only have to options either to block account or cut the call, I mean why there is even a customer care if they had to just block everything, this is the worst service I have even came across in my life and they call themselves as a private sector bank even PSUs like SBI are much better than them.
